Had a great time at the reunion. Just wish more people would attend. When we all die off there want be any more 589th. It was good to see Denis Cowand and Harry Grant again after 45 years. You guys that has never been to the reunion, you need to come to one. If you come to one you will never miss another one. Hope to see everyone next year.

What a great reunion we had again this year! Branson has been a great location and the membership voted to keep the Stonecastle as our permanent home. I want to thank everyone who attended in their show of support in electing me your new President. I know I have some big boots to fill and I will do my best. Many of you have offered to help when needed and I will be sure to ask when needed. To those of you unable to attend you missed a good time and I hope more of you can come next year. I am sure I will have more to say later after Perry teaches me how to use the website, until then please do not hesitate to call me any of my fellow officers whom I want to thank for agreeing to work with me as we continue in the tradition Perry has started. I hope everyone will take a minute to let Perry know how much he is appreciated for reuniting us with friends we thought about often but did not know to contact them. Anita and I arrived home last night from the reunion. Thanks to all who attended and worked so hard to make this years reunion a tremendous sucess. Each year gets better and better. I hope we can all meet again next year including those who coul not make it this time.

Bruce Rittschof, welcome back and thanks for your service. I also shipped over with the Bn in Apr 1967. Have you thought about submitting you photo's and movies to Perry so they can be posted on the 589th web site? I'm sure everyone would like to see them. Thanks in advance.

Hey guys, we've got a very good turnout for our 2013 Reunion with 80+ members signed up. Gonna be a lot of fun as usual. The weather looks great with highs in the lower 80's and lows in the upper 50's! Don't forget to bring your pictures and any other 589th stuff to share. I'm getting excited to see everybody again.
