Happy New Year to all my 589th brothers and their familys. Hope 2013 brings all of you many blessings. Would still like to hear from guys from Aco that was in phanrang from May70 to Apr 71. I got transferred to C co 815th engrs up towards Dalat or that vicinity from apr71 just until june 71 then to camrahn to come home at the end of june. HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

happy holidays brothers have a great new year , and does any one heer from pat smasne he was also on the pope with us . after i got out of the army i went to work building roads , i was in the mountains near canada running a 980 loader , the forman was a guy with a long beard . and at luch he came up and sit down beside me and ask me if i was in the army and i told him yes , engineers and he ask what unit, i told him 589th and thats when i jumped up and hugged me and said who he was , it was a reunion in its sell , i went on for another 28 years running equipment ,i havent seen or heard from pat smasne sence , thanks for listing . carp

Can't believe another year has passed and it is Christmas time already. May all my Brothers have a very Blessed Christmas and a safe New Year! Remember all those we have loss this year and years past. If you are travelling be safe! Say a prayer for our Troops who guard and protect us today and hope that they are safe and whole. Always thank every Vet you see! It makes them feel good and if you are like me it makes me feel good and I meet some great people! Merry Christmas and Happy New Years! i was in c co. em platoon from march of 66 to oct 68 does any one remember or know any of these sargents . sgt, hill , sargent gaddy i heard sgt greathouse died .or gary williamson, would like to tell sgt hill they missed me . i dont think he cared for me much, when he shipped me to the 137th le att. to the 19th combat eng. he had a big smille on his face and said good luck your going north , some how i think he enjoyed that lol , thank you all and welcome home and happy holidays
