Hey guys, we are not able to make any arragements for the reunion until V.A. repairs my knee and you know V.A... Last year we flew but it was too hard on CiIRILO and me. I will have to do all the driving by my self, as Cirilo was to have knee replacement but his Heart is to weak to do it. So we are waiting for mine to get repaired so I can drive. I know Cirilos soul heals more with each years reunion, and I really want to meet Capt. Comos to thank him for the letters he wrote to me for Cirilo when Cirilo was in the hospital in VietNam and after his return home, I KNOW they helped me from going crazy. So with prayers we are still hoping to make it, don't count us out until the LAST minuite. Diane Silva

Bob Spencers blog about the reunion hit home with me. Last year I was excited when I saw that Frank Farmer was going to be at the reunion, then I was disappointed when he was unable to make it due to health problems. Then this year, I saw that Frank was registered again and I was very excited and looking forward to seeing him again. I was in North Carolina visiting with my son when Nick Kallas called with the bad news. I guess I'll have to wait a little longer to see Frank again, maybe up on that rainbow bridge in the sky. Don't put it off, if you are able to make this reunion or the next, just be there, I'll see you there.

Gerald Zinngrabe is an unusual name. There is a Gerald Zinngrabe, age 68, listed on MyLife and linkedin. I am not on either. Perhaps someone who is on these programs might like to look him up.

Cecil, Gerald Zinngrabe was a Platoon Leader in B Co and went over with us on the boat. There will be several of the "Boat People" who remember him. Charles Begley and I were talking about him just a week or so ago. He was a tall, skinny, black headed guy who smoked a lot. Smart guy and a heck of an Engineer. Bring the orders along to the reunion and we'll get a copy into Al Cochran's historical files. Bob Spencer, you hit on the head Brother. Thank you, thank you for sharing your thoughts.
