I can not understand why So many Mountian Mover Brothers aren't coming to the reunion.Look we are not grtting any younger. Look how many we lost this past year. This is only a once a year thing. We were togather then so lets all be togather one more time.Didn't to piss anyone off. that is the way I feel.

I served in the infantry in Vietnam and returned home only to suffer from PTSD even until now. I was able to talk myself out of ending my dreams of hell many times. Seeing news reports of so many new vets returning home, only to end their lives, finally drove me to write a book (My Life, My Hell This Gruntâ??s Journey Back to the World). I wrote it as an outreach to my fellow Vietnam Veterans and our new returning veterans in order to help them heal from PTSD, for their families and friends to understand why we suffer. I also charge America to give Korean and Vietnam Veterans the long overdue respect and honor deserved for their service. The book can be located on the net by searching my complete name.

Enjoyed reading site postings. I serviced with the 589th Co B from Oct 67 - Oct 68. I was a Mechanic and ended up running our PLL system. We were known as "Sgt Boiras's Fine Boys" I was at QL19 base camp. I was also good fiends with the ROCK Tiger division

I watched the Memorial Day National Tribute on PBS tonight after we got home. It was the best tribute I think I have ever seen. I hope we all take a moment at 3 pm to honor our fallen brothers from all wars. Hello to and thank you to all of us for serving our country. We are lucky to be herre!

EM Platoon, C Company - there is a specific mention of the platoon on Page 351 of the "Engineers at War" book.

On monday I hope we all will think about those that gave it all-in all wars! I am sure I don't have to remind anyone of you. I have been keeping up with the guestbook, so you all have a happy Memorial Day! Hi to all my brothers, and stay safe!
