1970 after vietnam i got married and 4 years later was divorced .In 84 i decided to get an agent orange exam at the seattle va walk in clinic .I included in that exam the fact that because of my exposure to agent orange my sex drive had disappeared and had 10 years of divorce to back me up .They then began treating me regularly for the chloracne skin on my body at the seattle dermatoligist at the va for a year giveing me retin a cancer causeing agent to smear on my body .I still have scars from the boils i recieved on my legs .And when i got more boils in my ear cannals i was unable to stand the pain and required a dr,s assistance .Since all this was before the courts settled i had to wear all expenses myself with a letter from the head of the seattle va promiseing to settle my claim as soon as the courts settled but when that time came the va brought in their computer hackers and professional paper cutters and my complete medical history disappeared off the face of the earth and yes ive written congressmen senators service officers traveled every avenue trying to get justice for the last 40 years its the vet against the govt and the govt hides behind the fares doctrine which allows them to treat vets any way they want .So while the us supreme court is lying to you telling you if you fall on the battlefield your country will take care of you the govt is compileing a list of lawyers of their chooseing they will only allow these attys to represent vets so they can control the o

In 2003 i moved to eburg ang got a local dr to diagnose and treat me for type 2 diabetes .Guess the va couldnt argue with a non vet dr .My dr ordered meds and test equipt from the va pharmacy in seattle and since the date was the 2nd of january he mistakenly wrote the year down as 2002 this made the va pharmacy in seattle decide the prescription was more then a year old so they threw it in the trash .How menny pharmacists do you know that throw your prescriptions in the trash .* months later and in the office of the va judge advocate we began to correct the injustice it still took 3 more months to recieve type 2 test equipt .Like i said i could fill volumns on abuse from the va in washington state

brother richard i have talked with senators , reps of the state of washington many, many times over the last 35 years trying to get some one to at lest look at the way washington is treating there vets and i cant find even one that will ask the secret question , ( why dont you treat washington vets like humans instead of a doller sign) ,its not fair the presedent gets no.1 helth care and the combat vet gets screwed, richard vernon and myself are not making this up . it realy happends all the time .i ask to go to another va hospital in indiana and the spokan va said dr. laugary said, no only oregon or washington . my reply was , i fought for america not just oregon and washington . so i guess the vets that live here are just screwed and are not going to be welcomed home like the rest of america . forgive me brothers for rambling on , but i feel i need to exspress the true feeling s of vets in washington , any way for richard and myself .any one know some body that might take a look to see why the va isent helping vets in washington ??? thank you brothers and welcome home , p.s. if your on vaction do not get sick in

In 2005 I recieved an increase in my ptsd disability rateing 30% type 2 diabetes service connected to agent orange 20% increased rateing and 10% increased rateing for chemical cattration from agent orange now they could care less about my failing heart and heart problems .And you are dead on the mark carp its not about the money .I didnt pull any punches when i served in vietnam so why should america be allowed to treat me like this now and why should be washington state be any different then any othor state .I could write volumns about abusive treatment from the va in wash state but its the govt against the vet and we know the winner in that

MOUNTIAN MOVER BROTHERS: Don't want to make anyone mad. Once you get 100% , that all you are to get untill you reach 160 to 180%, then you will draw more money. Thats when VA counts you as home bound. I have dealing with this crap for 10 years. Man its just like trying to get blood out of a turnup, don't give up. Fight the VA until you get it

Ive had a service connected ptsd claim since 89 from service in vietnam .And yet every 3 months the va dr,s treat me for high blood pressure and change my meds .With the new heart illnesses from agent orange i keep asking to be tested .And since i have added conditions from agent orange service connected like type 2 diabetes and hypertension .My doctors tell me because i am 100% ptsd they see no reason to explore my agent orange illnesses further so im just waiting to die from lack of va treatment

589th Sept67-Sept68 Thanks, Perry, for finding me. I didn't know you guys even exsisted. I see by the comments that a lot of you are experiencing health problems like me. I was just informed by the VA that my heart troubles might be a result of Agent Orange. I have just applied for restitution. We will see what happens. I almost died. They owe us!

I cannot tell you guys how much I appreciate Ralph and everyone telling me to go and register for the VA. I had my first real visit today and left with free prescriptions, an appointment to get free glasses and my special diabetic shoes are on order. All future care for my diabetes and heart problems and now free and provided by the VA. A big thanks to all of you for telling about this. If you have not gone yet go! I am glad I did!
