Thanks again Perry, I have been wishing to hear from the guys for 40 years and you made it all happen. I was an equipment operator in A Company from April '67 until January '68. I was with the group that started the 589th in Ft Hood and went over on the boat in April. I have already heard from a number of the guys and it is really great to talk to them and get caught up

I too was with Company C at Song Pha from May, 69 to April, 70. I drove the gun truck for a good while and then wound up as operations clerk under Lt. Sussmann.
