“Veteran’s Day” God Bless all our brothers that have served back in the day’s and those serving today, especially those that didn’t return home, we remember you

With tomorrow being Veteran's Day I want to thank all my Brothers for serving our country! It is not the same country is when we were in Nam but I love it as much now as I did then! god Bless you all! Thank you for your service and Welcome Home!

I just viewed the Candid pics and and the mug shots and they are real good. Thanks to Perry and his cell phone as the pics look like a pro took them. It was a very good time together and I had a great time! When you look at the Mug shots you may see a bunch of old men as I did. We all sure changes since the last Reunion but we all looked good! Already looking forward to next yeas reunion! Thanks you to bob and the Board for a great time!

I’m home after two week on the road. I see a lot of America, 5400 miles. My third reunions with the 589th Engineer, this time nephew Dave and his daughter Jeanine where with me, we all enjoy the other at the reunions and are looking forward to the next reunions

Thank you ladies and gentlemen for having me at the reunion. It was AWESOME!! Great time. Thank you 589th for your service and coming home. I cannot wait to see you all next year!!

Just got home from a great Reunion! Got to see old friends, make a new one and just all round really great to see everyone. Some of us looked a little older since the 2018 Reunion or the Mini Reunion in 2019 but glad to see all and enjoy the Brotherhood! One of the big highlights to me is that at the meeting we voted to go back to every year again, now we we wont look so older between reunions! The Board put together a great time and John and Fritz did a great jf putting things together for everything. We had a great raffle and auction that I think everyone enjoyed. The leaving was sad again but before we know it we will back together next year. The Board agreed to get the dates out as soon as possible so there is plenty of time to plan on attending and start saving our nickels to be there! Hope to see even more of our Brothers and families next year. Love all of you like family! Be safe and stay healthy.

I Hope everyone made it to the Reunion safe and sound,wish Anita and I could have been there.

Just looked at the weather for Branson while we are there; Sunday 95 high/66 low; Monday 94/69; Tuesday 90/68 and Wednesday 83/66 with scattered thunderstorms coming in. Sounds like a warm several days, break out the shorts and t-shirts! See you Sunday!
