Iy seem like the older we get the more Brothers we loss. The 589th is getting smaller ever year. Want long until their want be any of us left. That will be the day that we have the big reunion in heaven. Sad but true we are all getting old.May God Bless All Of You.

Another of our Brothers has passed away. I received word of Wesley Jones' passing from Paul Devine, both were attached to HHC. Wesley passed away yesterday, 3-14-2019. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family. Rest In Peace Brother.

It is sad to report that our Brother Jerral Burgess just past away a few minutes ago. Jerral was in my squad at Fort Hood and Vietnam. He and I became the best of friends over the past 10 years. I love him like a Brother. I know he will be missed by a lot of the Assoc. Please keep his wife Edna in your Prayers.

I would like to hear from anyone in the 589th. I was in COD, earth moving platoon.

Nick, you are right. We are all getting old and can't help it. I will be 81 in July and have a new ache every day. I take a hand full of pills every morning and a hand full at night.
Just thing 40 years ago I was running 5 miles every morning and didn't ache any place. I hope you are doing well. Your Brother Willie Bonney

Just received a call from Jessie Stone who is the grandson of Elroy Randall. He informed me that Elroy passed away on Feb 25th, 2019 of Agent Orange-related cancer. He had been battling this for several years. RIP Brother.
