Would you notify the membership that I am requesting prayer for my family. My oldest Grandson Jacob, age 25, was out walking early this morning and was struck by a car and passed away on the way to the hospital.

Happy Birthday to the US Army Corps of Engineers, established June 16, 1775. Just two days after the Army was established on June 14, 1775.
The Engineers were lean and mean then, only 3 positions originally authorized!

Thank you and Perry and everyone involved in our H O F memorial. The memorial is what we are all about and I would I encourage everyone who possibly can to participate in some way. It is a real blessing to interact with the families and friends of our fallen

I just want to thank the many volunteers who helped make this Memorial Day a wonderful tribute to our fallen brothers who died fifty years ago. The response from the families and community for our commitment after these many years is truly heartfelt and amazing. You are a special group and Perry has built a wonderful legacy to all of us and to those who didn't come back to live full lives as we have. I salute you all thank you more than you know.

BILL LENT and CPT CAMPBELL - we hope you both make it to the reunion. Bill, we understand your difficulty in traveling. You gave me a great piece of advice one day that I've remembered all of my life. CPT Campbell- I've often wondered if you were the same CPT Campbell I knew at the Engineer School in 1974 - but that seems far fetched. If you show up at the reunion, we will have more former company commanders (Campbell, Hines, Comiso, Lamey) there than any other of the companies - showing pride of organization - which is understandable.

I just received a nice email from Henry John McNabb. Henry is the brother of John Joseph McNabb who was killed in Vietnam. The email was sent to me but the thanks goes to Jeff Pestana, his wife Fran, and all of you that support the HOF Memorial Day Tribute. From Henry:
