Thank you for comment letting us know about Tommy! He is in my thoughts and prayers! As we all get another year older is seems the news we hear is not always good. Tommy is a great guy and we will miss at the Reunion! Come on guys now is the time for you to come and we can see each again!

I visited Tommy McLain yesterday at the Tennessee State Veteran's Home-Cleveland, which is a very nice facility. I feel we are fortunate to have it here in Cleveland.
Tommy has a problem with mobility and seems to deal with pain quite often. Please keep him in your prayers.

I just noticed that C Company has three former company commanders scheduled to attend the 2024 reunion (Jim Campbell, Richard Comiso, and Sam Lamey). The number will become four if Anthony Kropp attends. Perhaps a bit unusual to so have so many company commanders attend at one time - but understandable considering the legend that is C Company.

Perry, I noticed on our C Company roster that Allen Holt is not listed as receiving a Purple Heart. Allen was seriously wounded and was medivaced with Norm Goodman on January 14, 1969.

We have welcomed a new member to our C Co Membership. Anthony (Tony) Kropp, Major General (Ret), was the Company Commander of C Co from May70-May71. He will try to attend our Norfolk, VA reunion this Sept providing he is able following his double knee surgery in June.

Well all you boat people will remember the last 56 trips around the sun has brought us here.

56 years ago today I returned home from Vietnam, at the time I thought without injury and good health, but time and agent orange has taken its toll. I am grateful for a blessed life and wonderful family and friends.
