Paul, I remember a bridge getting a big hole blown in it just east of an kya. The VC killed all of the 173rd guards except one. My PLT had to patch the hole in the bridge. I was ready to get the hell out of that place. I done my second tour south of Long Ben with the 92nd. It was near as bad as the 1st one was. I didn't like much doing 3 tours. I think the Army like for me to be in Nam.Take care
