James,

I am assuming you are referring to the User Name and Password used to access the Membership rosters under the Membership menu tab. If so then NO it has not been changed.

I will send you an email with the login info since we should not post it here for security reasons.

Thanks Brother!

James R Rickard,
I do not find you on our Membership rosters Brother. If you would like to become a member please Navigate to the Membership/New Members/Member App page from the menu bar and fill out the form to join the fun.If you need any help email me at Perryb@589thengineers.com.

Once you do you will receive a User Name and Password to access all of our members contact info.

Lannie (Doc) Hughes was in HHC. His TOD was Oct68-Oct69. I bet he might be able to help you locate some more medics from the 589th. Once you join the 589th Association you will be able to see his and other's contact info.

Welcome Home Brother, We look forward to catching up with you on all things 589th Engineers!

Larry--glad to hear things worked out. Many years ago I was told that if you drink the water in other countries that you needed to purify it with scotch!

Nick: You survived mentally?

All: I went to Mexico in November, and ended spending a week in a Mexican hospital. Had a kidney infection and kidney stone. Great hospital and doctors - forget what you may have thought about Mexican medical care. My primary doctor told me to drink lime or lemon with my beer (and water) to avoid this happening again (the citrus keeps calcium from depositing in the kidneys).

For those of you who travel out of the country - beware that Medicare does not pay for medical care outside of the U.S. Fortunately, I had taken out Travel Medical Insurance ($160 for my wife and myself for 10 days) which saved us thousands in medical bills. Google "Squaremouth" or "travel medical insurance" to locate policies.

Great Mini-Reunion with Freddie Guth last week! He came all the way to Chelsea from Cincinnati with a friend of his to visit. They stayed for 4 nights and we went to the Chili Bowl in Tulsa while they were here. There is a Brotherhood among us all and his buddy (I named him AB for adopted brother as he could be one of us) and Larry fit right in. We went to the races Wed, Thurs, Fri and Sat night and had a great time. It is always great to see one of our 589th Brothers and AB made this trip extra special. Hope I survive both mentally and physically for two years so I can see all my 589th Brothers in 2017. Sure hate to miss 2016 and hope we are all still around! Maybe something will change we will have a 2016 Reunion after all.

Willie,
I just got off the phone with Dennis Knight as he was leaving his acupuncturist’s office. He is in good spirits and says he is doing well after the tumble off his roof. For those of you from B Company, Dennis is as excited to have found the 589th Association as we are to be found. He indicated he will be digging through his pictures to add to the B Company photo album. We are pleased to have you join our ranks, Dennis.
